This ambitious project required the creation of multiple themed immersive spaces, each designed to evoke a unique sensory and emotional response. The environments included a sports-style locker room, Blockbuster video store, Nokia mobile kiosk, Kodak photography studio, mirrored reflection wall, vintage railway waiting room with food kiosk and 6-metre-long newspaper corridor.

Each space had to:

• Be modular, lightweight and quick to install or remove, leaving no trace of the build after each event.

• Adapt to various venue layouts while maintaining the integrity of the design.

• Achieve a high-quality finish that immersed participants in a believable environment.

Seedbed Studio worked collaboratively with Unthink Ltd’s creative team to develop practical design solutions that preserved the project’s conceptual ambition while ensuring touring efficiency and safety.

We translated their ideas into construction-ready drawings and modular design systems, allowing each immersive room to be fabricated, assembled and transported with ease. Materials were selected to achieve visual authenticity while remaining lightweight and durable for repeated touring use.

The resulting immersive environments provided a powerful experiential platform for corporate learning and development sessions. Each space transported participants into a distinct narrative world, enhancing engagement and reinforcing key learning outcomes.
